1. Consult with our Clinical Director on surgical guide cases
Service: Requesting a guide for a difficult surgery? Set up a free consultation with our Clinical Director, Dr. Kyle Stanley, for personalized feedback and direction to ensure your surgical guide cases go exactly as planned.
Additional cost: $0
Added turnaround time: Varies on a case-by-case basis
2. Walk through your first digital denture case
Service: Just starting out with digital dentures? Request a 15-minute call with our head denture technician to review the workflow and receive tips and tricks for your first case.
Additional cost: $0
Added turnaround time: N/A
3. Review a case design before fabrication
Service: Want to sign off on case designs before fabrication? Write “Send exocad for approval” on lab slip notes. You will be emailed a link to the design file which you can review and approve before the case enters production.
Additional cost: $0
Added turnaround time: 2 days if the design is accepted the same day the link is sent. Please note: requesting additional edits will result in a longer turnaround.
4. Purchase a design for in-office milling
Service: Have an in-house lab to fabricate restorations but need a design? Request just the design for dentures, implant crowns, occlusal guards, and more.
Additional cost: Varies depending on the case
Added turnaround time: N/A
5. Send photos for adjustment of occlusal cant
Service: Need the angle of the occlusal cant adjusted on a case? Include 2 passport-style photos (one with a regular smile, one with a retracted smile). This allows us to align the dental and facial midlines. Reach out before sending and we will provide additional instructions on how to take the photos.
